We have comprised a list of things to consider when you are involved in, or considering the moving process

When it's Time to Move

When you assumed occupancy of your home you found it to be in a clean and rentable condition. We ask that you leave your home in the same condition upon vacating. The following is an easy checklist to assist you in your move-out preparations, and to ensure the prompt refund of your tenancy deposit.
This checklist is to be used as a general guide in preparing your home before you move. This list is not all-encompassing; if you have any questions, please check with us.
Abide by every aspect of your rental contract and deposit form, including the full payment of rent, proper 30-day notice, return keys, parking permit sticker (where applicable), and provide a complete forwarding address.
Pay for all damages that have occurred at your home. This includes damage by you, your guests, pets or "parties unknown". Contact your Landlord before you try to make repairs yourself; as your repairs could cause more damage.
Clean your home to the standards set by management. Listed on the opposite side are items that you must Clean. This is a guideline list only.
While normal wear is expected on carpets and drapes, any burns, stains, wax, pet damage or heavy soil will be charged. You will be charged if carpet cleaning is necessary, regardless of length of occupancy.
Soiled paint from normal usage, will need to be wiped down. Homes requiring repainting after less than one year of occupancy are generally not considered to be ordinary "wear and tear". Be aware you may be charged. Be sure to ask your Landlord for details.
